Creamy Chicken Risotto – Ingredients:
- 200 g of chicken fillet,
- 300 g rice (for risotto),
- 1.5 l of chicken buoy,
- head of port,
- 1 spoon of chopped parsley,
- 1 cup of sour cream,
- olive oil,
- sun in pappar.
Creamy Chicken Risotto – Preparation
- In a pan, pour on hot olive oil, add the onion and fry until soft.
- Chicken fill in cubes, add to the pan and fry for two minutes. We add the rice, sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix the rice to fill some fat.
- Then, stirring constantly, we gradually sprinkle with the hot chicken breasts until the rice gets swollen and does not soften.
Before the end of cooking in the risotto, mix the chopped parsley, a little olive oil, acid sour cream, remove from the fire, cover and let it stand for five minutes.
